We understand group sessions are not for everyone. We offer many routes for people to pursue a halt lifestyle and incorporate our fitness programs into their regiment. Our CrossFit Personal Training Program in Orlando is a great solution for anyone looking for 1-1 coaching. We have very experienced coaches many with an excess of 15 years of experience in the strength and conditioning field. Our CrossFit private training option is available as a stand-alone membership or for members looking for 1-1 coaching to help get additional skills they would like extra work with.

In 1-1 coaching, we are able to write you a personalized program geared toward your specific goals. We can work with your schedule and find the best times to provide you 1-1 coaching. We can focus on cardio, strength, gymnastics, or general conditioning for military basic training, law enforcement academies, or SWAT team tryouts, or even wedding prep.
